The decor and style of this hotel is absolutely delightful. With its Mediterranean flair, it creates a romantic and charming ambiance that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the rooms, such as the Italian-themed decor and the abundance of coffee and tea making facilities, added a touch of character and made our stay very enjoyable. Furthermore, the location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

We enjoyed the room, although it was a bit overpriced, considering that breakfast wasn't included. The location was not near restaurants. Also, we were told we would be charged for internet use when it was listed as free internet on Booked.net. The hotel then took away the charges.

- Hotel is close to u bhn but you have to change 2 or 3 times if you want to go to city center. -It has a reasonable price when it includes discounts! - Friendly staff - If you need a place just for sleeping on the nights it would be a good option!

Noisy room specially early in the morning! (Because of the traffic sounds, but if you close the windows you maybe annoy less!) The room doesn't have shampoo and other facilities for getting bath! It just has liquid soap for washing hands (something we never saw before for the 3.5 stars hotels!!) The cleaners just make the bed and setting the towels in order, nothing else! (They didn't change the bed-sheets and there is no daily cleaning in bathroom even when they were dirty! No sweeping, sometimes they forget about charging soap and we are ought to mention to the receptions! The last day they forget about setting our towels in order and we wonder about it!)

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-decorated and cozy, with some featuring beautiful paintings and baroque furniture. Noisy road at one side of the hotel (major through way). But staff kindly booked me into a quieter room without hesitance.

Hotel is good situated, the U-bahn station is nearby, the room is big and rather clean, there is a mini-bar, the bathroom is big and also sufficiently clean; We came late at night, and though the reception was already closed, before the arrival we contacted the hotel at daytime by phone and they provided us with special code that allowed us to get our key from the safebox outside the building (on the wall near the entrance);

Maybe the hairdryer was a bit outdated, but that's not a big deal) Everything was OK.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was also convenient, with a metro station close by making it easy to explore the city.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved upon.

The location is not very central but just a few meters from the hotel there is an underground station so it is possible to reach all the destinatons in a really short time.

The hotel was a great place to stay during Christmas. The breakfast provided an amazing variety of foods to choose from, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the main station and the underground system.

The rooms were quite small and lacked basic amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, and the internet was expensive and not very reliable.

I absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful room with great service. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Wifi is free. I would definitely would choose this hotel again if I comeback to Berlin again. Staying in this hotel had made my stay in Berlin the best part of my trip :)

I had a bit of a scare when I forgot my key card and the reception was closed, but the staff at Albergo City Hotel Berlin quickly resolved the issue and got me a new card. They were incredibly helpful and understanding. The hotel itself was clean and well-decorated, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms are nice. The hotel is proper, the staff is very friendly. There is a very good breakfast. In short the atmosphere is very agreable. There is also the opportunity to rent bikes. Distance to U-Bahns is very close.

The traffic on the front side of the hotel is very noisy!

It was fantastic time at the Albergo hotel! Very nice and clean, very good staff and fantastic service! Very big room with wonderful Italian design in the room and big bad room too. Very good price I founded via Booked.net 32eur per night. Normal price for this hotel 100-150eur per night. Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel with very good breakfast! Good location!!! 50M to the U-bahn! 15-20 min by walk to the western city center.

Cleaning… they cleaned my room every day… but forgot sometimes about shaver gel & shampoo… they change furnishing of your request only!
